A smaller option of delicious, high quality grain finished beef cuts. No hormones or antibiotics. Common cuts include (but not limited to) roasts, beef ribs, Ribeye, t-bone & Porterhouse or NY strip & tenderloin, sirloin and ground beef. Total share weight is approximately 20-21 pounds, divided into thirds; 1/3 Roast/Ribs, 1/3 steaks, and 1/3 ground beef. Please complete reservation to secure your cow and pick up slot. Approximate turn around time is 4-6 weeks, depending on when the entire cow is sold.
