Whole Beef Reservation - Fall Reservations

Your non-refundable deposit secures your custom cut whole beef for Fall 2024 (approximately September- November). Please complete reservation to secure your cow and pick up slot. Approximate next pick up window for a whole cow is approximately 4 weeks from reservation or can be scheduled at a later date. Exact date for pick up will be discussed once your reservation and cut sheet are completed. After securing your reservation, our butcher will reach out to you to discuss the specific custom cuts that you would like.
The final price is determined per the hanging weight of the cow. Average hanging weight is 800 pounds. Take home weight (boxed weight) varies based on cuts selected. Hanging weight price includes ALL fees to process and custom cutting. Your meat will be vacuum packed and frozen, ready for your freezer. There are no extra, hidden or unexpected fees.
